Usage

Type: tell <player> <message>, Tell Daniel ready to head to the dungeon?

Sends a message to player, no matter where they are.

Good to know

• Refused while you are sleeping.
• Runs the moment you type it, even in combat.
• The name tell is reserved: the engine types it, so a world cannot rename it away.
