What we will not sell

Nothing in this store makes a character stronger. No stats, no experience, no gear advantage, no shortcuts past content. Starfire is a game about what you have actually done, and a store that sold progress would make that meaningless.

How buying works

Real money buys credits; credits buy everything else. Purchases are handled by our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record - your contract of sale for a credit purchase is with them, and we never see your card details.

Credits are a licence to use in-game features. They are not money, they carry no cash value, and they cannot be exchanged back. Unspent credits can be refunded within 30 days - see the refund policy.

Renaming a character

A rename applies to one character in the world it lives in, and the new name has to pass the same rules character creation applies. The character must be logged out, and the old name becomes available to other players afterwards.
