Usage

drop <item>
drop <item> <container>
drop <amount> <coin>
drop all
Example: drop apple chest
Example: drop 5 silver

Also typed as put

Drops the specified item, or coin, from your inventory to the ground, or into a container or corpse.

If you carry several of the same item, pick the nth one with drop 2.sword. drop all drops everything you carry.

put works the same way; traditionally in MUDs it is the wording for putting items into containers, as in put sword chest.
